Cancellation Policy

At Sai Ashram Bhaktiniwas Private Guest House, we strive to provide a smooth and flexible booking experience. We understand that travel plans may change, and our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our guests and our operations.

Guest-Initiated Cancellations

Reservations cancelled 48 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total booking amount.
No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Management

      In rare cases where Sai Ashram Bhaktiniwas Private Guest House must cancel a confirmed booking due to operational issues or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a 100% refund or an option to reschedule their stay at no extra cost.
    

Promotional & Seasonal Bookings

Bookings made under special promotional offers or peak-season rates may be marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of reservation. Guests are advised to carefully review booking terms before confirming.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or card statement.
Any applicable bank or transaction charges will be borne by the guest.
